Istanbul Kultur University has signed a cooperation agreement with Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachen (DMAN/Lower Saxony German Management Academy), and within the framework of this cooperation, İKU will prepare graduates of vocational high school and universities from all over Turkey for the labor market.

In this context, specialized seminars will be offered, which will be held in two stages in two different places.

In the first stage, seminars titled “Living in Germany, an Overview of the German Economy and Labor Market, Working in Germany, Introduction to Residence Law and Career in Germany” will be organized at Istanbul Kultur University, and the participants will learn about Germany in general and life in Germany. These seminars, which also contain basic information about Germany, can benefit all those who will or want to be in Germany with business purposes, regardless of their field of study and department.

Participants who are successful in the seminars conducted at Istanbul Kultur University as part of the first stage of the program, will attend the second stage at Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen. At this stage, Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen will train program participants with specialized seminars tailored to the needs of commercial enterprises in Germany, and will visit appropriate enterprises together with the participants.
