Immigration Law Specialist Lawyer

Born on 10.11.1980 in Berlin, Dr. Martin Manzel graduated from Freie Universität Berlin Law department in 2007, successfully passing the First State Examination. During his law education, he completed his Erasmus education at Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, France between 2003-2004. In 2009, after successfully completing the Second State Examination in Berlin, he gained the authority of judge. 

Since 2009, Dr. Manzel works as a lawyer for the Berlin Bar Association. In addition, he worked for İstanbul Kültür University and DAAD as a lecturer in the law faculty of the İstanbul Kültür University between 2011-2014.

In 2016 he obtained his doctorate after completing his doctorate thesis at Free University of Berlin. In the same year he received the title: “Specialist lawyer for migration law”. In 2017 he successfully completed a yearlong distance education at Hagen University and obtained his Mediation License.

He is a founding partner of “Dr. Yerlikaya-Manzel & Dr. Manzel Attorney's Office for Migration and Family Law”, established in 2009 in Berlin.

Since 2019 Dr. Manzel is the deputy chairman of German-Turkish Society and a member of the executive committee of Migration Law Body of German Lawyers’ Association.
