Recruitment Manager for P&N Career Solutions Group

Pınar Meşegülü, who was born in İzmir on 12.05.1991, graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration in 2015. She continued her professional career after her university degree and gained her first experience in the field of Human Resources as a Human Resources Officer at Goya Facility Management Services. 
In 2014 she worked at Kale Industry Holding as the specialist responsible for the area of blue- and white-collar workers within the institution consisting of more than 1,800 employees and was also involved in personnel affairs, internal organizational structures, and the implementation and monitoring of legal proceedings.
Meşegülü, who has been working as a Recruitment Manager within P&N Career Solutions Group since 2017, takes an active role in all employment processes and is responsible for the management of her team. In addition, she is also responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all activities obliged in accordance with Turkish Employment Agency’s Regulations on Private Employment Agencies, and acts as the Chairwoman of the Board in the implementation of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) Regulations.
