Foreign Representative of Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen

Frank Neumann, who has undertaken the foreign representative of Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachsen, is responsible for international cooperation and provides project consultancy.

As part of his duties, he is in charge of supporting the participants trained at DMAN in establishing business contacts, DMAN graduates and German companies on the Eastern European market.

For more than 20 years he has been teaching at DMAN on the subjects of “Germany as an investment location” and “International cooperation.”

Neumann, who has extensive experience as an engineer and project manager, has become responsible for the export of machinery and facilities to the Russian-speaking economical region, as a result of successful project management, from the preparation of proposals and contracts to the implementation of the project.

Frank Neumann, who completed B.A. and M.S degrees of mechanical engineering in Minsk, has been working as a freelance engineer and consultant.
