QUESTIONS: 1- What is the purpose of the Germany Career and Workforce Programme?

ANSWER: 1- Germany Career and Workforce Programme is a programme based on the principle of "win-win" and its aim is to meet the needs of Germany, which has a shortage of qualified labour force due to demographic change, on the one hand, and on the other hand, to provide qualified university and vocational school graduates with experience and expertise in their branches and to ensure that they return to Turkey with their gains and experiences.

 

QUESTION: 2- Who is the Target Audience of the Programme?

ANSWER: 2- Vocational School and University Graduates and students who continue their education.

 

QUESTION: 3- Can non-graduated students participate in the Germany Career and Workforce Programme?

ANSWER: 3- Students can also participate in the program; however, you must have at least one associate's degree to benefit from the Qualified Labor Migration law.

QUESTION: 4- What are the seminars held within the scope of the programme?

ANSWER: 4- The programme consists of 2 stages.

-1. Stage Seminars T.C Istanbul Kültür University consists of 5 different themed seminars that give information about Germany and life in Germany by our partners.

-2. Stage takes place at the DMAN centre in Germany with branch-specific trainings and visits to suitable businesses during the "1-Week Programme".

 

QUESTION: 5- How will the first phase seminar participants be determined?  What are the criteria?

ANSWER:5- Participants for the 40 places are selected from a wide range of applicants by the programme partners. Criteria may vary according to participant profiles.

 

QUESTION: 6- Is there a quota limit for seminars and trainings?

ANSWER: 6- There are quota limitations in both stages. We recommend that you get detailed information and register.

QUESTION: 8- Can you give information about DMAN?

ANSWER: 8- is a training academy founded in 1989 by the State of Lower Saxony and the shareholders of Lower Saxony's business community to support the expansion of Lower Saxony's international business relations

 

QUESTION: 9- Is there any previous project conducted by DMAN in Turkey?

ANSWER: 9- DMAN started a programme with Istanbul Kültür University for the first time in Turkey and has been conducting international programmes and providing trainings for more than 25 years.

 

QUESTION: 10- What will the official certificate given at the end of the seminar contribute to me in my career life?

ANSWER: 10- The certificates issued by both training institutions after the programme stages are valid in Turkey and Germany. The certificates you will receive show your sectoral competence and that you are prepared for the German labour market through our trainings.

 

QUESTION 11- How can I find out if there is an equivalence agreement with Germany in our field?

When you click on the "+" sign in the results below, you will see the agreements made with universities. If there is no equivalence agreement with your institution, you can contact us.

 

QUESTION: 12- Is there a language requirement to participate in the programme?

ANSWER: 12- Seminars are conducted in Turkish or with Turkish translation.

Federal Germany does not require a language requirement in accordance with the Skilled Labour Migration Act, but the language requirement may vary depending on the profession you will perform and the institution you will work for.

 

QUESTION: 13- What awaits you at the end of the programme?

ANSWER: 13- The seminars that the participants will attend in both phases will prepare them intensively for working in Germany and will provide them with up-to-date information and experiences on the German labour market, especially sectoral information and experiences. In this way, the participants will be able to have the information they may need about job search, finding a job and applying for a job in Germany.

In addition, participants who fully participate in the seminars will receive a certificate signed by IKU and DMAN and will be registered in the portfolio of the other project partner "Elemanya Personal und Unternehmensberatungs GmbH", which has a campus in Berlin, in order to ensure matching with suitable working positions in Germany.
