Born in Dinslaken on 21.11.1977, Dr. Hayriye Yerlikaya-Manzel graduated from Bielefeld University, Faculty of Law in 2002, successfully passing the First State Exam. After successfully completing the Second State Examination in Düsseldorf in 2005, she gained the Authority of Judge.

Dr. Yerlikaya-Manzel has been working as a lawyer since 2005. She is a member of the Berlin Bar Association.

In 2010, she completed a yearlong distance education at Hagen University and obtained her Mediator License. In 2011 she received the title of “Specialized Lawyer for Family Law”. In 2012 she obtained the title of Doctor after successfully completing her PhD at Bielefeld University and in the same year her dissertation was awarded the Dissertation Prize of the Year by Legal Society Ostwestfallen-Lippe e.V.

Between 2013 and 2017, Dr. Yerlikaya-Manzel worked as a lecturer at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.

He is a founding partner of “Dr. Yerlikaya-Manzel & Dr. Manzel Attorney's Office for Migration and Family Law”, established in 2009 in Berlin.

Dr. Yerlikaya-Manzel is also the founder and sole managing director of “elemanya personnel and company consultancy GmbH” based in Berlin, which was initiated in 2019. As a member of various trade associations, she provides companies in various scales with comprehensive support in specifying their personnel requirements and hiring appropriate skilled workers by accompanying them in the processes.
