After completing his studies in communications engineering, Dr. Klaus Kindler first embarked on an academic career, earning his PhD in engineering by submitting a thesis on a topic from the field of satellite telecommunications. He continued his professional career with the ALCATEL group as manager of a product center for wireless telecommunication systems. In 1991, he switched to the newly founded telephone company Mannesmann Mobilfunk GmbH, a subsidiary of the Mannesmann group. 10 years later, the company was taken over by the Vodafone group. During his time at Vodafone, Dr. Kindler was first responsible for the technology division for Northern Germany and was later put in charge of the nationwide expansion of the network as Network Director in the Vodafone Germany HQ in Düsseldorf, where he was responsible for 1,800 employees. In 2006, he became Director Business HR in 2006 as part of a management development move.

Besides putting an excellent leadership culture into place and promoting innovation, Dr. Kindler has been in charge of extensive restructuring projects since that time. On an international level, Dr. Kindler was also responsible for developing the talents of technology managers for top positions. 

In 2013, Dr. Kindler founded the company Performance & Success GmbH with a focus on the field of Management Excellence in medium-sized high-tech IT and telecommunications companies in particular. 

Since 2015, he has been repeatedly worked as a trainer in DMAN management training programs, e. g. for groups with participants from different countries and Iranian groups. Topics so far included leadership, corporate culture and digitalization (Industry 4.0). Dr. Kindler is particularly proficient in high-end industry for the implementation of “Agile Working Principles.”

Among the sectors in which he works is also the automotive supply industry.
